The Level lounge was excellent, but the bar area was too noisy.

This place suits me perfectly. The free wi-fi, friendly staff, and comfortable bar area make every stay memorable. On my first visit, they helped me find my way easily. I can't wait to come back for a holiday!

The place is in a fab location, that's for sure! But the breakfast was a letdown, every day had cold eggs, and I asked for over easy ones three times but got hard yolks instead. On the plus side, the in-room breakfast is a nice option when you wanna chill.

I could hear neighbors and the doors caused loud bangs when shut, disrupting sleep. I faced some hiccups with the room service. a warm breakfast order took over an hour without any follow-up. Would appreciate better insights on dining options as well—dinner felt underwhelming compared to expectations. Despite these downs, the staff were mostly helpful throughout my stay with a solid overall ambience in the hotel.
